## How it works

1. **Test.** Insulation resistance, contact resistance, relay tests and load-bank runs read and checked against NETA limits and against peer equipment, with outliers flagged.
2. **Inspect.** On a cart, a robot or in a technician’s hand: labels checked against the one-line diagram, torque marks matched to torque records.
3. **Hand over.** Thermal scans under first load catch hot joints; findings are closed on an iPhone with a photo and rescan, and collected into the turnover package.
