Proof that our agents work in production. Praxis is an AI platform Leyoxa built for dental practices with a dental marketing company. It started as a project; it worked, so it became a partnership.
Why it matters for operations
The hard part of AI in operations is not the model. It is working inside old, messy systems, live, every day, without breaking anything. Praxis does exactly that:
- It works inside legacy software. The agents read and write each practice’s own scheduling system, not a copy.
- It runs live, unattended. The voice agent answers real calls, books appointments and hands off to staff when a person is needed.
- It handles sensitive data. Praxis handles protected health information, with access limited to named people under business associate agreements.
- It is measured. Each agent is judged by what it actually did, not by a demo.
